Park and Playground
Williamsburg Colony Clubhouse is available to rent for residents of the neighborhood. Cost of rentals for 2024 are $150.00 for downstairs only (includes kitchen) or $275.00 for both upstairs and downstairs (includes kitchen). Upstairs only rentals are not possible. There is a $250.00 deposit for either rental, which is refundable provided there is no damage and all trash is removed.

Outside park in Williamsburg Colony is open to the public. Playground and tennis court are accessible without a card key from 7am until 4pm and accessible with a card key between the hours of 4pm and dusk. To get a card key, please contact our property management company, Crest Management at 281-579-0761 or email at info@Crest-Management.com.

Pool season usually runs from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (closed Mondays for maintenance) and is open from noon until 8pm. Card key access only. American Pool maintains our pool and our lifeguards work for them. We will keep you posted if the pool will be opened for on Saturdays and Sundays in May 2025
