Clubhouse is available to rent
Williamsburg Colony Clubhouse located in Katy, TX is available to rent for residents of Williamsburg Colony only. At this time we do not rent to those that live outside our community.
Rent downstairs only or both upstairs and downstairs
Clubhouse Rental for the downstairs, the cost is $150.00. To rent the upstairs and downstairs, the cost is $275.00 Both have a $250.00 deposit required which you will get back as long as you clean up after, take out your trash and not leave any damage to the inside.
FYI, Clubhouse rental of the downstairs only are discouraged in the summer due to the extreme Texas heat that makes it harder to cool downstairs completely.
Upstairs kitchenette with serving area now has a refrigerator to make hosting parties easier.
