Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday.  Texas Pride Trash Collectors observe 4 holidays when they do not pick up; Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

To submit an ARC request, please visit TownSQ to find the form needed, include all relevant details and plans and submit to info@Crest-management.com or mail to Crest Management, 17171 Park Row, Suite 310, Houston, TX  77084. The ARC will review your request and respond within 30 days.

CenterPoint Energy is responsible for the streetlights in the neighborhood.  You can report a non working streetlight at www.centerpointenergy.com.

You can register on www.townsq.io  to View all documents, ACC guidelines, By-laws, etc.  If you need assistance registering, please contact Crest Management Company at 281-579-0761 .

There are at least 2 registration days at the clubhouse in April.  Or you can make a request for an amenity card by calling or sending an email to Crest Management Company.  For your convenience, the form can be found next to the pool entry gate. The form will need to be completed and the cost of the card in $25.00.  The card is good for several years.  A replacement card if yours has been lost or stolen is the same process and cost.

The clubhouse can be rented.  Information regarding the clubhouse and rental can be found on the main HOME page of this site.  The pool area can not be rented.  Bouncy houses and grills are not permitted on the clubhouse or park areas due to safety concerns..
